About Fernwood Dog Co.

We're a small online shop in British Columbia for people whose dogs come home wet, muddy and happy.

Winter here means rain, slush and trails that never quite dry out. We put together a short list of simple gear to make those walks easier on you, your dog and your floors. That's all we do, and we'd rather do a few things well than a lot of things loosely.

What you can count on

• Honest products. We describe what each item is, what it's made of and what it's for, and nothing more. If we haven't checked something, we won't claim it. You won't find made-up reviews or invented numbers here.
• Safety first. We read the specs before we list anything. If a product shows a problem we can't stand behind, we take it down. Every dog is different, so stay with your dog while they get used to anything new.
• Real people. Questions, worries or a product that isn't right? Write to us at hello@fernwooddog.ca. A person reads every email and replies within 2 business days.
• Fair returns. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what we described, we'll fix it. We'll publish our full returns policy, in plain language, before we start selling. Until then, just ask us.
